Development Work Plan definition

Development Work Plan means the work plan in Schedule 8 setting out the Development Work along with the projected timelines for that work and any amendments to the same made in accordance with Clause 2.3.

  • It is understood that the Development Work Plan is likely to evolve as the Company moves through the Development Work and that the Company may need to update the Development Work Plan including the projected timings that form part of the same.

  • The parties shall attempt to promptly resolve through good faith negotiation any dispute or disagreement between them directly relating to design and development priorities and decisions and resource allocation under the Collaborative Development Work Plan for Network Application and Server Software and marketing and sales priorities and decisions under the Marketing and Sales Plans.

  • Any such software developed by AOL independent of any Collaborative Development Work Plan shall not constitute Collaborative Software or Designated Collaborative Software, and AOL shall own such independent developments and all proprietary rights therein.

  • The Company will carry out the Development Work at its own cost and in accordance with the Development Work Plan and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Each party shall structure all employees and resources for each MC under the Lead Executive or Deputy Lead Executive for that MC, and the Lead and Deputy Lead Executives and project leaders shall direct such resources in accordance with and to achieve the objectives of the Collaborative Development Work Plan.

Related to Development Work Plan

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).
