DR Services means the DR and related services described in this agreement and to be provided by the Provider. Establishment Fee means a one-off fee for a Block, as set out in Appendix 2. If an Establishment Fee applies to a group of Blocks then, in all provisions of this agreement relating to that Establishment Fee, “Block” means that group of Blocks. Proposal means the Provider’s proposal in response to the RFP, including revisions to, and clarifications and presentations of, it.

Examples of DR Services in a sentence

  • Customer business continuity objectives may require additional Customer efforts in addition to and beyond the scope of the Cloud Services and/or DR Services hereunder.

  • The Provider must ensure that any subcontractor of the DR Services observes the provisions of this agreement so far as they apply to the subcontract.

  • The Provider is responsible for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor of the DR Services.

  • The Provider must not subcontract any part of the DR Services (other than provision of the Sources) without Transpower’s prior approval.

  • When income fluctuates, it is recommended that the CDJFS average the hours worked in the preceding four weeks, whenever possible.

  • For DR Services readiness, Customer will fulfill its infrastructure and business preparation as set forth in the Order Form, and as may be further mutually agreed between the parties in a Change Request or amendment to the Order Form.

  • SAP offers one annual DR failover-test as part of the DR Services to test the DR Services.

  • Details on the implementation of any such Additional DR Services would be agreed upon with Customer, including revised estimated failover times and maximum data loss, and the parties would mutually agree to the applicable RPO and RTO for such Additional DR Services as result of the implementation in a Change Request or an amendment to the Order Form.

  • For HEC Services and Tailored Option Services, if requested by the Customer, such additional DR Services (“Additional DR Services”) would need to go through a further DR assessment based on Customer architecture and requirements.

  • CIF services is an optional service available only for HEC Services which can be agreed between SAP and Customer for certain components as set forth in the System Set-Up Table of the HEC Order Form in addition to DR Services (DR Services is a pre-requisite for CIF services).

Related to DR Services

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Operator Services provides for: 1.86.1. operator handling for call completion (e.g., collect calls); 1.86.2. operator or automated assistance for billing after the subscriber has dialed the called number (e.g., credit card calls); and 1.86.3. special services (e.g., BLV/BLI, Emergency Agency Call).

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
