DR Services definition

DR Services means the DR and related services described in this agreement and to be provided by the Provider. Establishment Fee means a one-off fee for a Block, as set out in Appendix 2. If an Establishment Fee applies to a group of Blocks then, in all provisions of this agreement relating to that Establishment Fee, “Block” means that group of Blocks. Expected Delivery means, for a Block, the quantity of DR in kW the Provider expects to provide if the Block is Called, which may be more or less than the Block’s Block Capacity. Indicative Strike Fee means, for a Block, the indicative Strike Fee for the Block, as set out in Appendix 2. Invoice means a buyer created tax invoice for DR Xxxx.

DR Services means the DR and related services to be provided by the Provider under this DR Xxxxxxxx. DRMS means Transpower’s Demand Response Management System. Establishment Fee means a one-off fee for a Block, as set out in Appendix S2. If an Establishment Fee applies to a group of Blocks then, in all provisions of this DR Schedule relating to that Establishment Fee, “Block” means that group of Blocks. Maximum Consecutive Days means, for a Block, the maximum number of consecutive days on which the Block may be Called, as set out in Appendix S1. Maximum Consecutive Hours means, for a Block, the maximum number of consecutive hours for which the Block may be Called, as set out in Appendix S1. Maximum Monthly Days means, for a Block, the maximum number of days per month on which the Block may be Called, as set out in Appendix S1. Metering Equipment means equipment installed or to be installed to measure, and record the Verification Data, and includes associated equipment such as current and voltage transfomers. The primary Metering Equipment for each Block is described in Appendix S3. Operational Limits means, for a Block, the Block’s Maximum Consecutive Hours, Maximum Consecutive Days and Maximum Monthly Days, and any other operational limits of the Block set out in Appendix S1. Examples of DR Services in a sentence

  • The Provider must ensure that the DR Services do not include any DR that the Provider has simultaneously offered as, or otherwise knowingly committed to, any other demand-side product or obligation (such as interruptible load).

  • The Provider must ensure that any subcontractor of the DR Services observes the provisions of this agreement so far as they apply to the subcontract.

  • The Provider is responsible for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor of the DR Services.

  • The Provider must not subcontract any part of the DR Services (other than provision of the Sources) without Transpower’s prior approval.


More Definitions of DR Services

DR Services means the disaster recovery services provided by OURCLOUD, details of which are set out in the Service Schedules. Equipment means equipment owned by OURCLOUD provided to the Customer under this Agreement (if any); Establishment Fees means the Fees set out in the Service Schedules payable by the Customer for the establishment of the Network Service.

Proposal means the Provider’s proposal in response to the RFP, including revisions to, and clarifications and presentations of, it. RFP means Transpower’s Request for Proposal – Demand Side Initiatives Programme, dated 10 April 2013, including revisions to, and clarifications and presentations of, it.

Related to DR Services

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
