DSU Account definition

DSU Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Corporation in the name of each Designated Participant showing the number of DSUs credited to such Designated Participant that have not been redeemed or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Plan;
DSU Account means the book entry account established and maintained solely to record and measure the future benefits to be distributed based upon the collective record of a Director’s Stock Unit Account and Dividend Account.
DSU Account means the account set up on behalf of each Participant by the Company in accordance with Section 3.1(d);

Examples of DSU Account in a sentence

  • The Board may determine whether and to what extent Dividend Equivalents will be credited to a Participant’s PSU Account, RSU Account and DSU Account with respect to Awards of Performance Share Units, Restricted Share Units or Deferred Share Units.

  • For Directors serving on the Board on January 1, 2003, the balances of deferred stock units in any deferred fee accounts maintained by the Company under the Company's Non-Employee Director Deferred Fee Plan in effect on December 31, 2002, or predecessors to that plan, shall be deemed to be transferred to the DSU Accounts established under this Plan, and, together with any other amounts specifically credited to a Director's DSU Account, shall be administered under the terms of this Plan.

  • Prior to the end of the calendar year in which Board service terminates, a Director may irrevocably elect to switch up to 100% of the value of the DSUs in his or her DSU Account into cash, effective on the date one year following termination of Board service (hereafter "First Anniversary Date").

  • If, as a result of a recapitalization of the Company (including stock splits), the Company's outstanding shares of common stock shall be changed into a greater or smaller number of shares, the number of DSUs credited to a Director's DSU Account shall be appropriately adjusted on the same basis.

  • Upon any termination of a Non-Employee Director, the Company shall redeem all fully vested Deferred Share Units credited to the DSU Account of such Non-Employee Director.

DSU Account means an account maintained for the a participant in the DSU Plan;
DSU Account means an account of DSUs established for a holder of DSUs. “DSU Component” means the component(s) of the Plan relating to DSUs.
