Ekata Data means information that Ekata provides or otherwise makes available to Customer through the Services or pursuant to an Order. Ekata Data includes but is not limited to information from publicly available sources, third-party data providers, and Metadata.

Examples of Ekata Data in a sentence

  • Customer will use the Services and Ekata Data only to the extent permitted by the Principal Agreement.
