Ekata Data definition

Ekata Data means information that Ekata provides or otherwise makes available to Customer through the Services or pursuant to an Order. Ekata Data includes but is not limited to information from publicly available sources, third-party data providers, and Metadata.

  • Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that its use of the Services and Ekata Data, including Customer’s provision of Customer Data to Ekata as contemplated in the Principal Agreement or this Agreement, does not violate any laws, in particular any applicable Privacy and Data Protection Laws.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).   • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.
