Eligible Installation definition

Eligible Installation means a plant which meets the eligibility criteria; “eligible purpose” means a purpose specified in regulation 3(2);
Eligible Installation means any Plant on a Site which is capable of Small Scale Low Carbon Generation and (except as provided otherwise in the FIT Order) all such Plant on the same Site which is capable of generating electricity from the same type of Eligible Low-carbon Energy Source is to be treated as a single Eligible Installation);

Examples of Eligible Installation in a sentence

  • If Your Eligible Installation has an installed capacity of above 30kW and a compliant Export Meter is not place, You will not be entitled to claim any Export Payments.

  • We may also ask you from time to time (including the annual check described in clause 4.2.4 below) to provide us with a specific confirmation that information held on the Central FiT Register about You and Your Eligible Installation is complete and accurate.

More Definitions of Eligible Installation

Eligible Installation means, on a Site, any Plant owned by the Generator which is capable of producing Small- scale Low-carbon Generation from the same type of Eligible Low-Carbon Energy Source, the Total Installed Capacity of which does not exceed the Specified Maximum Capacity, and which is more fully described in the Term Sheet; “Eligible Low-carbon Energy Source” means the sources of energy or technology as defined in the FIT Order; “Eligibility Criteria” means any requirements or qualification criteria imposed by the Authority from time to time in relation to any aspect of this Scheme;
Eligible Installation means, on a site, any equipment, apparatus or appliance used to generate electricity relying wholly or mainly on an Eligible Low-carbon Energy Source, where the maximum capacity at which such equipment, apparatus or appliance could be operated for a sustained period without causing damage to it does not exceed the maximum capacity of 5MW (2kW in the case of combined heat and power) as specified in the FIT Order;
Eligible Installation means any plant on a site which is capable of small-scale low-carbon generation: and except as provided otherwise in the FiT Order all such plant on the same site which is capable of generating electricity from the same type of eligible low-carbon energy source is to be treated as a single eligible installation. Export Meter(s) means the meter (or meters) that measures how much electricity goes from your Generation Unit(s) to the Electricity Network.
Eligible Installation means Plant which is capable of Small-scale Low-carbon Generation with the Specified Maximum Capacity and meets the following conditions:
Eligible Installation means, on a Site, any Installation owned by a FITs Generator capable of producing Small-scale Low-carbon Generation from the same type of Eligible Low-carbon Energy Source, the Total Installed Capacity of which does not exceed the specified maximum Declared Net Capacity;“Eligible Low-carbon Energy Source”means the following sources of energy or technology: (a) anaerobic digestion, as defined in the ROO; (b) hydro generating station, as defined in the ROO; (c) combined heat and power with an electrical capacity of 2kW or less; (d) solar photovoltaic; (e) wind, which may be amended from time to time by the Secretary of State insofar as the scope remains consistent with the sources of energy and technologies identified in s.41(5) EA08;“Export”means the flow of electricity at any instant in time from an Eligible Installation onto a distribution system or transmission system and, if the FIT Licensee so elects, accounted for in settlement in accordance with the BSC, and Export used as a verb shall be construed accordingly;“Export Payment”means the sum paid to the FITs Generator or Nominated Recipient, as applicable, by a FIT Licensee, for FITs Export in any period, calculated by reference to the Export Tariff and Export Meter Reading or Deemed Export Reading;“Export Tariff”means the payment rate per kilowatt hour for FITs Export from an Accredited FITs Installation as set out in the FITs Payment Rate Table at Annex 2 of Schedule A to Standard Condition 33 of the Electricity Supply Licence;“Extension”means a modification to an Accredited FITs Installation to increase its Total Installed Capacity from the same Eligible Low-carbon Energy Source, and Extend as a verb shall be construed accordingly;“FIT Licensee”means the collective term for Mandatory FIT Licensees and Voluntary FIT Licensees;“FITs Order”means an order made in accordance with sections 43(3) and 41(1) EA08;“FITs Payments”means, as applicable, the Generation Payments and/or Export Payments;
