Eligible Location definition

Eligible Location means an unserved location or underserved location.
Eligible Location means one of the addresses in the United States of America at which the Borrower maintains, keeps or stores Inventory, as listed in the Security Agreement executed and delivered by the Borrower and the Bank in connection with the Facility, and, if such location is leased by the Borrower, for which the Bank has received a landlord’s waiver acceptable to the Bank. The Borrower and the Bank may agree jointly to add other addresses of the Borrower to such list at any time by executing and delivering a substitute list of addresses under said Security Agreement. The Bank may in its discretion at any time determine that any address on such list shall no longer be an Eligible Location, by giving written notice of such determination to the Borrower.
Eligible Location on an ML Adjustment Date, means any Mr. Lube Location that is not included in the ML Royalty Pool on such date and has been open for business since July 1 of the previous ML Reporting Period; provided, in the case of a Non-Flagship Location, that the premises license or lease in respect of such Non-Flagship Location expires no less than 8.5 years after such ML Adjustment Date, excluding renewal rights that are not at Mr. Lube’s option.

Examples of Eligible Location in a sentence

  • You cannot redeem Rewards earned under these Terms for Transactions made with another card (even if you use that other card at an Eligible Location), or at any store or website that is not an Eligible Location (even if you use your Westgate Resorts Card).

  • You may not redeem rewards earned with another card under separate reward terms and conditions applicable to that card on a completed Transaction at an Eligible Location (even if you use your Westgate Resorts Card).


More Definitions of Eligible Location

Eligible Location means: (A) An area near a transit station, including rapid transit, commuter rail, bus terminal, or ferry terminal; (B) an area of concentrated development such as a commercial center, existing residential or commercial district, or village district established pursuant to section 8-2j; or (C) an area that, because of existing, planned or proposed infrastructure, transportation access or underutilized facilities or location, is suitable for development as an incentive housing zone.
