Examples of Eligible Service Provider in a sentence
Purchase Rights granted pursuant to any Offering under the Plan will terminate immediately if the Participant either (i) is no longer an Eligible Employee or Eligible Service Provider for any reason or for no reason, or (ii) is otherwise no longer eligible to participate.
An Eligible Service Provider will not be eligible to be granted Purchase Rights unless the Eligible Service Provider is providing bonafide services to the Company or a Designated Company on the applicable Offering Date.
Such Eligible Employee or Eligible Service Provider will remain a Participant with respect to subsequent Offering Periods until his or her participation in the Plan is terminated as provided herein.
