Emergency Preparedness Plan definition

Emergency Preparedness Plan means a written procedure that identifies a facility's response to an emergency or disaster for minimizing loss of life, mitigating trauma, and to the extent possible, maintaining services for residents, and preventing or reducing property loss.
Emergency Preparedness Plan means policies and procedures developed to promote the safety and welfare of students, protect school property, or regulate the operation of schools during an emergency occurring within an LEA or a school.
Emergency Preparedness Plan means a formal document prepared for Low Hazard impounding structures that provides maps and procedures for notifying owners of downstream property that may be impacted by an emergency situation at an impounding structure.
