Emissions Report or “report” means the report prepared each year for a facility subject to this article that provides the information required by this article. The emissions report is for the submission of required data for the calendar year prior to the year in which the report is due. For example, a 2019 emissions data report would include data for pertinent to emissions that occurred during the 2019 calendar year (i.e., data year) and would be reported in 2020.

  • A monthly VOC Emissions Report shall be submitted either electronically or in hard-copy form to the Saint Louis County Air Pollution Control Program, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxx., Chesterfield, MO 63017, no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the calendar month.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Donald Hum of DHM Engineering Ltd. and dated October 8, 2010 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.
