Employee Share Plans definition

Employee Share Plans means the 2007 UK Shareholder Plan, the 2010 Deferral Plan, the 2000 All Employee Share Ownership Plan and the 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan;
Employee Share Plans means any employee and/or executive incentive plan or scheme established (whether before or after the adoption of these Articles) for the benefit of employees and/or executives and/or their relations (as determined in accordance with such plans or schemes) of the Company and/or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries (whether or not such plan or scheme is open to all employees, executives or relations or not) and which is operated either by the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or by a third party on their behalf and under the terms of which employees and/or executives, and (if applicable) their relations may acquire and/or benefit from shares or any interest therein, whether directly, or pursuant to any option over shares granted to them or otherwise; and
Employee Share Plans means the MariaDB plc 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, the MariaDB Corporation Ab Summer 2022 USA Share Option Plan, the MariaDB Corporation Ab Amended and Restated Global Share Option Plan 2017 USA, the MariaDB Corporation Ab Global Share Option Plan 2017, the SkySQL Corporation Ab Global Share Option Plan 2014 USA, the SkySQL Corporation Ab Global Share Option Plan 2014, the SkySQL Corporation Ab Global Share Option Plan 2012 USA, the SkySQL Corporation Ab Global Share Option Plan 2012 Europe, the SkySQL Corporation Ab Global Share Option Plan 2010 USA, the SkySQL Corporation Ab Global Share Option Plan 2010 Europe and the SkySQL Corporation Ab Global Share Option Plan 2010 France;

Examples of Employee Share Plans in a sentence

  • Where holders of Elan Share Awards are entitled to dividend equivalents under the Employee Share Plans or any applicable award agreement, Holdco shall pay to such holders of Elan Share Awards all dividend equivalents corresponding to such Elan Share Awards within 14 calendar days following the Effective Date.
