Employee Users definition

Employee Users means employees of Client or its Affiliates who are authorized by Client and have registered to have access to the Residential Portal, the Email Service, and/or the Internet Security Service.
Employee Users means the number of Employees that are given the ability to login to the Software or Services but whose access is limited to the functions identified in the Software or Services as Employee User functions.
Employee Users are users who access the BEI Platform for the purpose of viewing and participating in incident reporting, vaccination recording, license tracking and related activities. Employee Users are granted access through a unique account identifier (e.g. a user account name and password emailed to you).

Examples of Employee Users in a sentence

  • Application and Employee User(s) of UPK Programs may view and interact with simulations and documentation but may not create or modify simulations or documentation.

  • On a set date each month, Customer will determine the number of *** Employee Users, *** Adult Dependent Users, *** Users and *** Users who meet the Eligibility Criteria, and Customer ‘will calculate the full fee payable for such *** Employee Users, *** Adult Dependent Users, *** Users and *** Users, as applicable, for such month.

  • Customer shall maintain such user-IDs and passwords released by Pipeline to Customer in the utmost confidence and shall not disclose such user-IDs or passwords to others who are not Authorized Employee Users.
