Employer of Record definition

Employer of Record means the employer with whom the injured worker was employed at the time of the injury or on the date of disability in an occupational disease claim, or to the entity that is determined by the bureau of workers' compensation, or by industrial commission order, to succeed to the rights and responsibilities of the employer for workers' compensation claim purposes.
Employer of Record or "EOR" means the person who performs the functions of the employer in the consumer directed model. The EOR may be the individual enrolled in the waiver, or a family member, caregiver or another person, as appropriate, when the individual is unable to perform the employer functions.
Employer of Record means the employer with whom the claimant was employed at the time of the injury.
