Engineer Incharge definition

Engineer Incharge means the University engineer or any other officer who for the time being and from time to time in charge of the works and includes an officer appointed by the University to act as engineer -in-charge for the purposes of the contract;

  • The contractor shall also confirm exactly, fully and faithfully to the designs, drawings and instructions in writing relating to the work signed by the Engineer In-charge and lodged in his office and to which the contractor shall be entitled to have access for the purpose of inspection at such office, or on the site or work during office hours.
