Enriched Data definition

Enriched Data means any new or additional data that is collected by the Recipient for the purpose of the Research and which incorporates the Dataset (or any part thereof) and any collections of data, datasets and databases housing the foregoing and any database rights in or relating thereto;
Enriched Data means the data created or developed from Customer Data or on the basis of Customer’s use of the Subscription Services, and shall include all translations, enrichments, modifications, compilations, derivative works and results from processing (including analyses, anomaly detections, usage statistics and patterns, datasets, databases, reports, recommendations and visual representations).
Enriched Data means any new or additional data that is collected by Data Recipient(s) for the purpose of their research and which incorporates the Data (or any part thereof) and any collections of data, datasets and databases housing the foregoing and any database rights in or relating thereto;

Examples of Enriched Data in a sentence

  • All right, title, and interest in and to non-anonymized Customer Data, including to the extent contained within the Enriched Data, and all proprietary rights therein, will be and remain Customer's sole and exclusive property.

  • As between the Parties, except to the extent it constitutes Customer Data, Shift5 owns all right, title and interest in and to Enriched Data and the Shift5 Reports, and all proprietary rights therein.

Related to Enriched Data

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • De-Identified Data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).

  • traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
