Enriched Data definition

Enriched Data means any new or additional data that is collected by the Recipient for the purpose of the Research and which incorporates the Dataset (or any part thereof) and any collections of data, datasets and databases housing the foregoing and any database rights in or relating thereto;

Examples of Enriched Data in a sentence

  • GS1 will provide DP with a Username and Password (“Log On”) in order to enable DP to access and use Enriched Data Platform - Powered by Trusted Source and 1 World Sync.

  • All right, title, and interest in and to non-anonymized Customer Data, including to the extent contained within the Enriched Data, and all proprietary rights therein, will be and remain Customer's sole and exclusive property.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants Shift5 a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free right and license, with the right to grant sublicenses through multiple tiers to vendors providing services to us (such as hosting providers), to reproduce, execute, use, store, archive, modify, perform, display, and distribute the Enriched Data and Shift5 Reports solely for internal purposes and as necessary to use the Services.

  • DP must keep these details assigned confidential at all times and not permit any person, other than an authorized DP staff member to use Enriched Data Platform - Powered by Trusted Source and 1 World Sync, and then only in accordance with this SLA.

  • Finally, Subscription Users have the option of granting certain third parties (whether or not Users) access to all or part of the Raw and Enriched Data (refer to the list of recipient third parties in Section 5 above).

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided in this SLA, DP agrees that all intellectual property rights in and to Enriched Data Platform - Powered by Trusted Source and 1 World Sync are owned by GS1 or its licensors, and DP shall not behave in any manner which may likely result in a breach and/or infringement of such rights.

  • Worst-case is the loss of Raw Data or Enriched Data of the last week (worst-case scenario is therefore that the processing work of one week needs to be rescheduled).

  • Issues Defined as: Any problems or difficulties in DP’s use of the 1WorldSync or Enriched Data Platform - Powered by Trusted Source and 1 World Sync Site or Services (“Issues”) that are encountered by DP shall be reported to “Enriched Data Platform - Powered by Trusted Source and 1 World Sync Technical Call Centre” xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xx.xx or hotline provided by GS1; • Any Issue that DP believes might constitute a 2nd or 3rd level support call (as defined below) must be reported by telephone.

  • Connected Machine Customer Service: Offer detailing the services to which the Subscribers have access via the Platform and the Application, after having signed a Subscription Agreement.Data: Set of data received by the Connected Machines (Raw Data) and then organized and processed by MANITOU within its databases (analyses and information) (Enriched Data).

Related to Enriched Data

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • Non-surgically implanted prostheses means a replacement body part not surgically implanted.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Sadomasochistic abuse means actual or explicitly simulated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Weather Adjusted Data means gas or electric consumption data for a given period that has been normalized using stated period’s heating or cooling degree days.

  • genetic data means personal data relating to the inherited or acquired genetic characteristics of a natural person which give unique information about the physiology or the health of that natural person and which result, in particular, from an analysis of a biological sample from the natural person in question;
