In the event of an inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and the Rules, the provisions of the Rules shall prevail. You are subject to a satisfactory due diligence, compliance, and credit review by us at the time of application for ACH Services and from time to time, at our sole and absolute discretion, and in accordance with our established credit criteria. You will, upon our request, provide any such due diligence, compliance, and credit-related information and assistance as we may request to perform any such review. Your failure to meet such standards as established at our sole and absolute discretion or to provide such information or assistance when requested shall constitute a breach of these Terms and these terms and conditions and shall permit us to terminate these Terms and the ACH Services.
