Epicor Data definition

Epicor Data means all electronic data (including any Personal Data and/or Customer Data) submitted or transferred by Epicor (or on behalf of Epicor), or an Authorized Affiliate, to the Service. Epicor Data excludes any Personal Data that is provided directly to the Vendor by a Data Subject by the Data Subject visiting Vendor’s publicly facing website and/or voluntarily signing up to receive the Vendor’s marketing materials (if any). Such Personal Data shall be governed by the Vendor’s publicly available and posted privacy policy.
Epicor Data means all electronic data (including any Shared Personal Data, Shared Personal Data and/or Customer Data) submitted or transferred by Epicor (or on behalf of Epicor), or an Authorized Affiliate, to the Services. Epicor Data excludes any Personal Data that is provided directly to the Employment Services Provider by a Data Subject by the said Data Subject visiting Employment Services Provider’s public facing website and/or voluntarily signing up to receive the Employment Services Provider’s marketing materials (if any). Such Personal Data shall processed by Employment Services Provider and subject to the Employment Services Provider’s publicly available (and posted) privacy policy.

Epicor Data excludes any Personal Data that is provided directly to the Medical Services Provider by a Data Subject by the said Data Subject visiting Medical Services Provider’s public facing website and/or voluntarily signing up to receive the Medical Services Provider’s marketing materials (if any). Such Personal Data shall processed by Medical Services Provider and subject to the Medical Services Provider’s publicly available (and posted) privacy policy.

Examples of Epicor Data in a sentence

  • Vendor shall return Epicor Data to Epicor and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Epicor Data upon Epicor’s request, unless the retention of the data is requested from Vendor according to mandatory statutory laws.

  • Vendor shall make reasonable efforts to identify the cause of such Epicor Data Incident, and take those steps as Vendor deems necessary and reasonable in order to remediate the cause of such an Epicor Data Incident, to the extent that the remediation is within Vendor’s reasonable control.

  • Vendor shall maintain appropriate organizational and technical measures for protection of the security (including protection against unauthorized or unlawful Processing, and against unlawful or accidental destruction, alteration or damage or loss, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Epicor Data), confidentiality, and integrity of Epicor Data.

  • In connection with the Service, the parties anticipate that Vendor may Process Epicor Data that contains Personal Data relating to Data Subjects.

  • The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data (including Epicor Data) by Vendor is the performance of the specific business purposes and Service pursuant to the Agreement.

  • The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Shared Personal Data (including Epicor Data) and categories of Data Subjects Processed under this DPA are further specified in Annex 1 to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Appendix A to the Services Provider Clauses at Schedule 3.

  • Lower case letter superscripts beginning with “a” and following in alphabetic order are used for notations regardingstatistics.

  • If Vendor receives a request from a consumer to exercise a right such consumer has under the CCPA in relation to information relating to such consumer contained in and identified as Epicor Data and/or CCPA Data, Vendor will provide a copy of the request to Epicor and/or the applicable Epicor Affiliate.

  • If Vendor receives a request from a consumer to exercise a right under the US Data Protection Laws in relation to personal information relating to such consumer contained in (and identified as Epicor Data and/or USA Consumer Data), Vendor will provide a copy of the request to Epicor and/or the applicable Epicor Affiliate.

  • To the extent “personal information” of “consumers” (as such terms are defined by CCPA contained within Epicor Data and processed by Vendor is subject to the CCPA (“CCPA Data”), the parties agree that Epicor and its Affiliates is a business and that it appoints Vendor as its Service Provider to process CCPA Data as permitted under the Agreement and this DPA.

Such Personal Data shall processed by Professional Services Provider and subject to the Professional Services Provider’s publicly available (and posted) privacy policy.
Epicor Data means all electronic data (including any Personal Data and/or Customer Data) submitted by or on behalf of Epicor, or an Authorized Affiliate, to the Service.

Related to Epicor Data

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.
