Equality Duties definition

Equality Duties has the meaning given to it in clause 35.4 (Equality Duties);
Equality Duties means the Disability Equality Duty, the Race Equality Duty and the Gender Equality Duty “Equality Legislation” means: (a) The Race Relations Act 1976 (as amended);The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (as amended);The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (as amended);The Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003;The Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003;The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006;The Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007; The Human Rights Act 1998; reference to which in each case includes reference to that statute as from time to time amended, extended, re-enacted or consolidated, (whether before or after the date of the Agreement) and all statutory instruments or orders made pursuant to it; (b) any enforceable community right within the meaning of Section 2(1) European Communities Act 1972; (c) any enforceable right under any convention, treaty to which the United Kingdom is party; (d) any applicable guidance and statutory codes of practice issued under the Equality Legislation to the extent that the same are published and publicly available; in each case in force in England and Wales or in England;
