Establishment of Point of Interconnection. The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by the Cooperative and enters the wires or facilities provided by DG Owner/Operator is the "Point of Interconnection." Cooperative and DG Owner/Operator agree to interconnect the Facilities at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the Cooperative's Rules and Regulations and DG Manual relating to interconnection of Distributed Generation (the "Rules") and as described in the attached Exhibit A. The interconnection equipment installed by the customer ("Interconnection Facilities") shall be in accordance with the Rules as well.
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. 2.1. The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by the Distributor and enters the wires or facilities provided by Participant is the “Point of Interconnection.” Distributor and Participant agree to interconnect the Qualifying System at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the Distributor’s rules, regulations, by-laws, and rates (the “Rules”) which are incorporated herein by reference, and the generator and all related interconnection equipment will comply with the Distributor’s Distributed Generation Interconnection Procedures.
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. The point where the electric energy leaves the wires or facilities provided by the Member and enters the wires or facilities owned by GVEC is the “Point of Interconnection”. (The point of interconnection will be made at GVEC’s source side of the dual register meter.) GVEC and the Member agree to interconnect the Installation at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with GVEC’s rules, regulations, by‐laws, and tariffs (collectively, “Rules”).
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by the Cooperative and enters the wires or facilities provided by the member is the “Point of Distributed Energy Resource Connection, i.e. PoC).” Cooperative and Member agree to interconnect the Generator at the PoC in accordance with the Cooperative’s Member Requirements for Installation and Interconnection of Small Power Generation Systems, as well as the Cooperative’s Rules which are incorporated herein by reference. The Generator installation must also comply with the requirements of the current National Electric Code (“NEC”), National Electric Safety Code (“NESC”), IEEE 1547-2018 Standard, and other applicable National, State, and local codes and ordinances.
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. The “Point of Delivery” is defined in Distributor’s rules, regulations, by-laws, and rates (“Rules”) which are incorporated herein by reference. The Distributor, Supplier and Participant will define the “Point of Interconnection” and agree to interconnect the Qualifying System at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the Distributor’s Rules and the generator and all related interconnection equipment will comply with the Interconnection Procedures for Cooperative–Member Distributed Generation Program (“Interconnection Procedures”).
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. Cooperative and Member agree to interconnect the Facilities at the location(s) specified in Exhibit A “Point of Interconnection” in accordance with the terms of the Cooperative’s policy on Interconnection and Parallel Operation of Distributed Generation and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Standards 1547, 1547.1 and UL Standard 1741.
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by DEC and enters the wires or facilities provided by Member is the “Point of Interconnection.” DEC shall determine the Point of Interconnection in accordance with its rules, regulations, bylaws, rates, and tariffs (the “Rules”), which are incorporated herein by reference. Any interconnection equipment installed by Member (“Interconnection Facilities”) shall also be in accordance with the Rules.
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. 2.1. MLGW and Participant agree to interconnect at a point to be determined by MLGW, based on each Participant’s unique situation, in accordance with the MLGW Service Policy Manual and MLGW Distributed Generation Interconnection Procedures (the “Rules”), which are incorporated herein by reference. The generator and all related interconnection equipment will comply with the Rules.
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities of the system owned by the REMC and enters the wires or facilities of the Facility provided by DG Owner/Operator is the "Point of Interconnection." REMC and DG Owner/Operator agree to interconnect the Facilities at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the REMC's Rules and Regulations and the DG Manual relating to interconnection of Distributed Generation.
Establishment of Point of Interconnection. 2.1. The “
