Distribution System shall mean the Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment used to distribute electricity that are subject to FERC jurisdiction, and are subject to the NYISO’s Large Facility Interconnection Procedures in Attachment X to the ISO OATT or Small Generator Interconnection Procedures in Attachment Z to the ISO OATT under FERC Order Nos.
NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard - The reliability standard that must be met by any generation facility or Class Year Transmission Project that is subject to NYISO’s Large Facility Interconnection Procedures in Attachment X to the ISO OATT or the NYISO’s Small Generator Interconnection Procedures in Attachment Z, that is proposing to connect to the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System, to obtain ERIS.
Terms used in this Agreement with initial capitalization that are not defined in this Article 1 shall have the meanings specified in Section 1 of the OATT, Section 40.1 of Attachment HH to the OATT, Section 30.1 of Attachment X to the ISO OATT, Section 25.1.2 of Attachment S to the OATT, the body of the Standard Interconnection Procedures or Standard Facility Interconnection Procedures, or the body of this Agreement.
Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy, if applicable, of the Facility data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures or Appendix 1 to the Standard Interconnection Procedures.
To the extent the access provided hereunder involves the support and maintenance of CLEC equipment on AT&T-21STATE’s premises, such maintenance will be provided under the terms of the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) Operations Support System Interconnection Procedures document cited above.
