Ethnic Minority Development Plan definition

Ethnic Minority Development Plan or “EMDP” means an indigenous peoples plan for a Subproject, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower pursuant to the requirements set forth in the EMPF and cleared by ADB;
Ethnic Minority Development Plan means the plan dated November 30, 2009 dopted by MOH and referred to in paragraph 3 of Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement which sets forth measures designed to ensure meaningful consultation with and informed participation of ethnic minority communities of Central North Provinces in Project activities, and Project benefits for said communities which are culturally appropriate and socially inclusive.

More Definitions of Ethnic Minority Development Plan

Ethnic Minority Development Plan means the ethnic minority development plan endorsed by SPCD on April 2005;
