Exclusive Customers means parties that are qualified by operation of paragraphs 2(3) hereof, to whom DISTRIBUTOR has sold Waas services previously or potential customers have engaged in a process to secure the product through the DISTRIBUTOR in the last 2 years;
Exclusive Customers means Seller’s customers who purchase and receive the Products solely through the DSD Business.

Exclusive Customers means the companies and institutions listed in Exhibit A hereto.
Exclusive Customers shall have the meaning ascribed within the definition ofCustomer List”.
Exclusive Customers means: (a) institutional sporting goods customers, including, but not limited to, athletic teams, boys and girls groups (including without limitation JCC’s, PTA’s, and YMCA’s), businesses (that are not Excluded Customers), camps, churches, coaches, community centers, community service groups, dealers (that are not Excluded Customers), educational institutions and those that buy for and that are buying for educational institutions or for students in connection with programs sponsored by educational institutions (including without limitation grade schools, high schools, colleges, administrators, teachers, and coaches), federal and state governmental subdivisions and agencies (including without limitation military installations and prisons), health and sports clubs, hospitals, hotels, human services, park and recreation departments, parks, property management (including condominium, apartment and community associations), recreational departments, resorts, retirement homes, social organizations, team sports associations and leagues (such as little leagues), youth sports leagues, and those that buy for and are buying for institutional sporting goods customers; and (b) any and all customers that: i) will resell or who will offer to resell Products (as hereinafter defined) to institutional sporting goods customers, and who also sell sporting goods products to customers other than institutional sporting goods customers; or ii) will resell or who will offer to resell Products (as hereinafter defined) exclusively to institutional sporting goods customers. In no instance shall Exclusive Customers include any Excluded Customers.
Exclusive Customers means Military Hospitals, VA Hospitals and other medical facilities operated or governed by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs or Department of Defense.
Exclusive Customers means those Customers identified on Exhibit E and any Customers added to Exhibit E pursuant to Section 3.2.
Exclusive Customers means: (a) institutional sporting goods customers, including, but not limited to, athletic teams, boys and girls groups (including FINAL December 21, 2000 without limitation JCC’s, PTA’s, and YMCA’s), businesses (that are not Excluded Customers), camps, churches, coaches, community centers, community service groups, dealers (that are not Excluded Customers), educational institutions and those that buy for and that are buying for educational institutions or for students in connection with programs sponsored by educational institutions (including without limitation grade schools, high schools, colleges, administrators, teachers, and coaches), federal and state governmental subdivisions and agencies (including without limitation military installations and prisons), health and sports clubs, hospitals, hotels, human services, park and recreation departments, parks, property management (including condominium, apartment and community associations), recreational departments, resorts, retirement homes, social organizations, team sports associations and leagues (such as little leagues), youth sports leagues, and those that buy for and are buying for institutional sporting goods customers; and (b) any and all customers that: i) will resell or who will offer to resell Products (as hereinafter defined) to institutional sporting goods customers, and who also sell sporting goods products to customers other than institutional sporting goods customers; or ii) will resell or who will offer to resell Products (as hereinafter defined) exclusively to institutional sporting goods customers. In no instance shall Exclusive Customers include any Excluded Customers.
Exclusive Customers shall be specifically: (A) Institutional sporting goods customers, including but not limited to recreational departments, educational institutions, youth sports leagues, community service groups, PTA’s, athletic teams, and other team sports associations; (B) Any reseller of sporting goods which realizes more than 50% of its total sporting goods revenues from customers of the type listed in Section 1(d)(A) above; and (C) Persons or entities receiving Licensee’s various catalogs, or purchasing by or through Licensee’s various catalogs and/or websites.
