Exclusive Use Space definition

Exclusive Use Space means that portion of Airline Allocable Space which Airline has exclusive use of under Airline’s Letter of Authorization; including generally but not limited to, ticket counter offices, airline operations space, airline office support, baggage claim offices, and airline lounges.
Exclusive Use Space has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.3(b)(i). For the avoidance of doubt, “Exclusive Use Space” includes both Non-Seasonal Exclusive Space and Seasonal Exclusive Use Space.
Exclusive Use Space means the space leased to AIRLINE, by AVIATION, for use by only AIRLINE, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as more fully set forth in Exhibit B1, or as the same may be amended from time to time. Such areas are more clearly defined to include, but not be limited to, non-public areas such as airline ticket offices (behind ticket counters), and airline operations areas.

Examples of Exclusive Use Space in a sentence

  • Any personal property of [AIRLINE] in its Exclusive Use Space shall remain the property of [AIRLINE], subject to and in accordance with Section 3.6(a).

  • With respect to the Exclusive Use Space or to any other Airport facilities depicted in any of the Schedules to this Agreement, any changes which occur pursuant to the terms of this Agreement from time to time shall be reflected in revised Schedules provided by the Lessee to [AIRLINE].

  • The Lessee shall not be responsible for the cost of repair, maintenance or replacement of systems installed by [AIRLINE] in its Exclusive Use Space.

  • Such space allocated to [AIRLINE] and other Airlines or reserved by the Lessee for future allocation is “Exclusive Use Space.” The allocation of Exclusive Use Space is not a lease and does not convey any interest in any real or personal property whatsoever.

  • The Lessee may allocate certain terminal space at the Airport for use by [AIRLINE] as Exclusive Use Space on a seasonal basis (“Seasonal Exclusive Use Space”) in accordance with Schedule F.


More Definitions of Exclusive Use Space

Exclusive Use Space means space leased to AC Transit and Greyhound and any Subtenant(s), for their exclusive use. Exclusive Use Spaces may be used by a public transit operator and designated for the use of a single Primary Tenant and its Subtenant(s). A diagram showing AC Transit’s Exclusive Use Space in the Temporary Terminal is attached as Exhibit B. Concessionaires may be located in AC Transit’s or Greyhound’s Exclusive Use Space only with the approval of AC Transit or Greyhound.

Exclusive Use Space. “Exclusive Premises” or “Exclusive Use Premises” means office space, storage areas, Airline Clubs, employee break rooms, baggage service office or other areas in Terminal 1 that may be leased by an Airline for its exclusive use and occupancy.
Exclusive Use Space means, at any time, the space leased by BOARD to AIRLINE on an Exclusive Use basis as more fully set forth on Exhibits A, A-1, andA-3, attached and incorporated herein by reference; as the same may be amended from time-to-time by mutual agreement of the parties in writing. Exclusive Use Space shall be leased from the BOARD and charged monthly on a cost per square foot basis.
