Executive Bonus definition

Executive Bonus means a bonus paid pursuant to the Company's Management Incentive Compensation Plan or such other incentive or bonus programs as may be designated for this purpose by the Committee.

Executive Bonus means the bonus to be paid to the Executives of STP and Subsidiaries under the Section 7.4.
