Existing Equity Plans definition

Existing Equity Plans means RHI’s Equity Incentive Plan, StockPlus Plan, Stock Option Plan for Field Employees, Restricted Stock Plan for Field Employees, and Outside Directors’ Option Plan.
Existing Equity Plans has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.6.
Existing Equity Plans means the Company’s 1996 Stock Option Plan, 1996 Non-Executive Stock Option Plan, New Executive Stock Option Plan, and 1995 Directors’ Stock Option Plan.

  • Upon its effectiveness, the Plan shall supersede the Existing Equity Plans such that no further awards shall be made under the Existing Equity Plans.
