New Executive definition

New Executive means an Executive who has served as an executive of the Company for fewer than five years. Executive’s service to the Company as an executive will be deemed to begin upon the date of commencement of employment as an Executive Officer or upon the date of promotion to an Executive Officer position. A New Executive will be first eligible for the benefits under this Agreement upon the completion of one year of continuous service as an Executive Officer of the Company, unless the Board of Directors or Compensation Committee determines otherwise.
New Executive means an individual employed by the Corporation or a subsidiary thereof in a key executive or managerial position designated by the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for participation in the benefit described in Section 3.3.
New Executive means an Eligible Employee who has not met the minimum service requirements of the Savings Plan and any individual who, during the Plan Year, is promoted to a key executive or managerial position.

  • County Executive means the County Executive of the County.

  • Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.

  • Key Executives means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, jointly and severally.

  • Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;

Such officer status shall be determined pursuant to the executive compensation disclosure rules under the Exchange Act.

  • Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.

  • CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

  • Date of Employment means: (i) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 1st and 15th days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of that calendar month; or (ii) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 16th and last days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of the following calendar month.

  • Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

  • Covered Executives means the Company’s current and former executive officers, as determined by the Administrator in accordance with the definition of executive officer set forth in Rule 10D-1 and the Listing Standards.

  • Executives has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a).

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.

  • Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

  • Employment Termination Date means the date as of which the Executive incurs a Termination of Employment determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.2.

  • The Employee means the Executive Manager appointed in terms of Section 56 of the Systems Act;
