Expanded Account Access definition

Expanded Account Access means use of a card or account number and PIN to conduct a transaction or obtain information at ATMs or via telephone, personal computer banking, or any other available method. Expanded Account Access may be available for up to 5 checking, 5 savings, and 5 line of credit or credit card accounts, and at other ATMs and with other available methods of access, other limitations may apply.
Expanded Account Access means use of a card or account number and PIN to conduct a transaction or obtain information at ATMs or via telephone, personal computer banking, or other available method. There are no additional fees or charges for Expanded Account Access. The fees and terms disclosed for each individual Account apply. Expanded Account Access may be available for up to five checking, five savings, and five lines of credit or credit card Accounts and that at other ATMs or with other methods of access, and that other access limitations may apply. Call Cardmember Service at 0-000-000-0000, (Fax 0-000-000-0000 or TDD 0-000-000-0000) to cancel Expanded Account Access, allowing a reasonable time for cancellation to become effective. Canceling the service for this Account will cancel your ability to use Expanded Account Access by all of your other accounts. Purchases: You may use the Account to buy, lease or otherwise obtain goods or services from participating merchants (including transactions you initiate by mail, telephone or over the Internet), or take advantage of special promotional Balance Transfer offers that post as Purchase transactions (“Purchases”). We will, in connection with any promotional offer we make from time to time, provide information on your Access Card carrier or in additional materials (the “Offer Materials”) that explain whether those transactions will post and be treated as a Purchase. Even if you have not signed a sales draft or the merchant has not supplied you with a written receipt or other proof of sale, you are responsible for all Purchases made through your Account, except as expressly limited by applicable law (see “Your Billing Rights” section below for more details).

  • Expanded Account Access: Any Card or PIN issued to or selected by you under this Agreement will access multiple checking, savings, line of credit and credit card accounts in your name with us or our bank affiliates; and any Account opened under this Agreement may be accessed by any card(s) or PIN(s) that you have selected or that has been issued to you or may in the future be selected by you or issued to you by us or our bank affiliates.

  • Expanded Account Access: Any Access Card or PIN issued to or selected by you under this Agreement will access multiple checking, savings, line of credit and credit card accounts in your name at Bank or any of its bank affiliates, and any Account opened under this Agreement may be accessed by any card(s) or PIN(s) that you have selected or that have been issued to you or may in the future be selected by you or issued to you by Bank or any of its bank affiliates.

  • Concentration Account Agreement as defined in subsection 4.16(b).

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Lockbox Account Agreement means any replacement agreement therefor among the Servicer, the Trust Collateral Agent and the Lockbox Bank.

  • Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.

  • Blocked Account Agreement means an agreement among the Borrower, the Agent and a Clearing Bank, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, concerning the collection of payments which represent the proceeds of Accounts or of any other Collateral.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Controlled Account Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the Security Agreement.

  • account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Control Account Agreement means any tri-party agreement by and among a Loan Party, the Administrative Agent and a depositary bank or securities intermediary at which such Loan Party maintains a Controlled Account, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e)(i).

  • Merchant Account means an account used to submit credit card or debit card transactions or process credit card or debit card transactions.

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Deposit Account Agreement means the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time, issued by the Custodian and available on the Custodian’s internet customer portal, “xx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx”.

  • Blocked Account Control Agreement means the Cash Management Agreement among Borrower, Collection Account Bank and Lender providing for the exclusive control of the Collection Account and all other Accounts by Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit A or such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to Lender.

  • Running Account Bill means a bill for the payment of "On Account" money to the Contractor during the progress of work on the basis of work done and the supply of non-perishable materials to be incorporated in the work.

  • Collateral Account Agreement means the Collateral Account Agreement executed and delivered by Company and Administrative Agent on the Closing Date, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XXIII annexed hereto, as such Collateral Account Agreement may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Clearing Account Agreement means that certain agreement relating to clearing account services by and among Mortgage Borrower, Lender and Clearing Account Bank, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, relating to the operation and maintenance of, and application of funds in, the Clearing Account.
