Exploitation Period definition

Exploitation Period means any and all periods of exploitation during which the production and removal of Hydrocarbons is permitted under the Contract.

Exploitation Period means the thirty (30) years beginning on the Concession Effective Date of the last Exploitation Concession for which the Partnership has duly applied prior to the end of the Exploration Period, and with respect to any individual Mining Area from which Natural Gas or Oil in paying quantities is then being recovered, such Exploitation Period can be extended upon the Partnership's request so long as Natural Gas or Oil is being produced therefrom in paying quantities.

Exploitation Period with respect to any Game Title means the date commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the expiration of the Basic Term with respect to such Game Title.

Examples of Exploitation Period in a sentence

• Should the Party that is subject to the Change in Control fail to provide such evidence, any other Party, by notice to such Party, may require such Party to provide Security satisfactory to the other Parties with respect to its Participating Interest share of any obligations or liabilities which the Parties may reasonably be expected to incur under the Contract and this Agreement during the then-current Exploration or Exploitation Period or phase of the Contract.

• Likewise, a Party voting against voluntarily entering into or extending of an Exploration Period or Exploitation Period or any phase of the Contract or voluntarily extending the Contract shall not be liable for the Minimum Work Obligations associated therewith provided that it sends notification of its withdrawal within thirty (30) Days of such vote pursuant to Article 11.2.

• During the Exploitation Period both parties shall assume these costs via the Joint Account.

• During the Exploitation Period these costs will be charged to the Joint Account and shared by both Parties.

• The Association Executive Committee shall establish the scope, duration, place, participants, conditions and other aspects of training during the Exploitation Period.

More Definitions of Exploitation Period

Exploitation Period. With respect to each Exploitation Area, up to 24 Years together with any extensions granted, counting from the date of Declaration of commerciality of the related Commercial Field, during which THE CONTRACTOR shall execute Development and Production Operations.

Exploitation Period. The time elapsed from the end of the Exploration or Retention Period up to the end of the contract.

For example, if you submit a Composition on January 1st and the Term ends on February 1st of that year, then the Exploitation Period for that Composition shall continue until December 31st of that year.

Exploitation Period means in perpetuity unless this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 11.b. below, in which event the Exploitation Period will expire upon the effective date of such termination.
