Exploitation Period definition

Exploitation Period means any and all periods of exploitation during which the production and removal of Hydrocarbons is permitted under the Contract.
Exploitation Period means the thirty (30) years beginning on the Concession Effective Date of the last Exploitation Concession for which the Partnership has duly applied prior to the end of the Exploration Period, and with respect to any individual Mining Area from which Natural Gas or Oil in paying quantities is then being recovered, such Exploitation Period can be extended upon the Partnership's request so long as Natural Gas or Oil is being produced therefrom in paying quantities.
Exploitation Period with respect to any Game Title means the date commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the expiration of the Basic Term with respect to such Game Title.

  • Should the Party that is subject to the Change in Control fail to provide such evidence, any other Party, by notice to such Party, may require such Party to provide Security satisfactory to the other Parties with respect to its Participating Interest share of any obligations or liabilities which the Parties may reasonably be expected to incur under the Contract and this Agreement during the then-current Exploration or Exploitation Period or phase of the Contract.

More Definitions of Exploitation Period

Exploitation Period. With respect to each Exploitation Area, up to 24 Years together with any extensions granted, counting from the date of Declaration of commerciality of the related Commercial Field, during which THE CONTRACTOR shall execute Development and Production Operations.
