Final Acceptance Tests definition

Final Acceptance Tests. Shall have the meaning indicated in Section 16.4 below.
Final Acceptance Tests. The Final Acceptance Performance Test and the Reliability Run of the Project as set forth in Exhibit D hereof.
Final Acceptance Tests means the “Acceptance Tests” and “Delivery Tests” as defined in the Charter.

  • After installing each APPLICATION SOFTWARE MODULE and upon completion of user testing, and at a time mutually agreed upon by the parties, DLEC will conduct a sixty-day (60) preliminary acceptance test, according to Exhibit H (Preliminary and Final Acceptance Tests), which includes procedures prepared mutually by the CONTRACTOR and DLEC.

  • Upon the successful conclusion of the Final Acceptance Tests, the IA shall notify the Purchaser of its request for Final Acceptance Certification, in accordance with sub clause (b) The Purchaser shall then issue to the IA the Final Acceptance Certification in accordance with sub clause (c), or shall notify the IA of further defects, deficiencies, or other reasons for the failure of the Final Acceptance Test.

  • Acceptance testing shall be conducted according to the terms of this Agreement and according to the detailed test descriptions as provided in Exhibit H (Preliminary and Final Acceptance Tests).


More Definitions of Final Acceptance Tests

Final Acceptance Tests means the testing of the Works to determine that the Works comply with the (a) Specifications, (b) Documentation, (c) the Final Acceptance test procedure and criteria set out in Annex D and (d) the requirements of this Agreement and are ready for operational use. VAT means tax on the supply of goods and services sold or rendered in KSA by a VAT- registered entity or person in the course or furtherance of any business carried out by him and on the importation of goods into KSA. Intellectual Property Rights includes in Singapore and throughout the world and for the duration of the rights (a) any patents, utility models, copyrights, registered or unregistered trade marks or service marks, trade names, brand names, layout-design rights, registered designs and commercial names and designations; (b) any invention, discovery, trade secret, know-how, or confidential, business, scientific, technical or product information; (c) any other rights resulting from intellectual activity in the commercial, industrial, scientific, literary and artistic fields and whether dealing with manufactured products or services; and
Final Acceptance Tests. Shall have the meaning as given in clause 8.1.
Final Acceptance Tests means the final acceptance tests specified in the Order Acknowledgement (or otherwise agreed by the Customer and ESAB) which are to be carried out on the Equipment at the Site.
Final Acceptance Tests means the testing of the Equipment to determine that the Equipment complies with the (a) Specifications, (b) Documentation, (c) the Final Acceptance test procedure and criteria set out in Annex D and (d) the requirements of this Agreement and are ready for operational use. Related to Final Acceptance Tests

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.

  • Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • EPP test Means one EPP command sent to a particular “IP address” for one of the EPP servers. Query and transform commands, with the exception of “create”, shall be about existing objects in the Registry System. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. The possible results to an EPP test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “EPP command RTT” or undefined/unanswered.
