Financing Guidelines definition

Financing Guidelines means Green Tree's written policies and -------------------- procedures, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its Floorplan Business and Asset-Based Lending Business, including the written policies and procedures for determining the interest rate, if any, charged to Dealers, the other terms and conditions relating to Green Tree's wholesale financing accounts, the creditworthiness of Dealers and the extension of credit to Dealers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of accounts and collection of receivables.
Financing Guidelines means DFS's written policies and procedures, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of the Floorplan Business, the Accounts Receivable Business and the Asset Based Lending Business, including the written policies and procedures for determining the interest rate, if any, charged to Dealers, the other terms and conditions relating to DFS's wholesale financing accounts, the creditworthiness of Dealers and the extension of credit to Dealers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of accounts and collection of receivables.
Financing Guidelines means the financing guidelines for the Company established from time to time pursuant to Section 6.2.

Examples of Financing Guidelines in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 3.01, in the ordinary course of business, the Servicer may at any time delegate any duties hereunder to any Person who agrees to conduct such duties in accordance with the Floorplan Financing Guidelines and this Agreement.

Financing Guidelines means the written policies and procedures of BCI 'SS' 1.01 and its Affiliates, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of BCI's floorplan financing business, including the written policies and procedures for determining the interest rate charged to Obligors, the other terms and conditions relating to BCI's wholesale financing accounts, the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, (b) relating to the extension of credit by certain Affiliates of BCI to their customers and distributors in connection with certain products manufactured or distributed by such Affiliates, and the purchase of such receivables by BCI, and (c) relating to the maintenance of accounts and collection of receivables.
Financing Guidelines means the written policies and procedures of an Originator, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of a floorplan financing business, including the written policies and procedures for determining the interest rate charged to Dealers, the other terms and conditions relating to an Originator’s revolving financing accounts, the creditworthiness of Dealers and the extension of credit to Dealers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of accounts and collection of receivables.
Financing Guidelines means the guidelines and parameters governing the financing or refinancing of any Company Property. The initial Financing Guidelines approved by the Members are set forth on Exhibit B hereto.

Related to Financing Guidelines

  • Leasing Guidelines means the guidelines approved in writing by Lender, from time to time, with respect to the leasing of the Property. The following are the initial Leasing Guidelines:

  • Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer. Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power dated 13th April 2006 under Section – 63 of Electricity Act and as amended from time to time;
