Fire Prevention Services. The City shall be provided the following by BSO for the provision of fire prevention services: One Fire Prevention Officer certified by the State of Florida and Broward County as a Fire Safety Inspector and Plans Reviewer. All vehicles, equipment and personnel to perform Fire Protection Services. The Consideration provided for under this Agreement includes the cost of the vehicles required to be provided by BSO, which shall be maintained in good working condition, for administrative Fire Protection Services. Fire Prevention Services. (Code Enforcement) within Unincorporated Areas of King County. The RFA shall perform fire prevention services in the RFA. The District will obtain fire prevention services from King County via the County Fire Marshal.
Fire Prevention Services. The County shall provide fire plan review services for all building and construction permit and planning applications involving new buildings and substantial remodels for compliance with County Standards. The County shall notify and consult with the City as appropriate on operational and access issues related to construction permits as well as planning applications. The County shall be responsible for commercial life safety inspections, vegetation management inspections/compliance, as well as State Fire Marshal Occupancy inspections within the agreed service area. The County shall notify the City of those inspections that reveal violations that may affect operations and emergency response by the City. The County will assume responsibility for fire investigation services within the Service Area. The City shall conduct an initial investigation by virtue of its first response. However, if any initial investigation by City determines that the cause of the fire is unknown or arson, or the fire results in an injury, the County will conduct a fire investigation. Both parties (City and County) agree to work collaboratively and share information.
Fire Prevention Services. 1. The CCCFPD Fire Prevention Bureau will provide one fire inspector to manage the Fire Prevention Services to be provided to ECCFPD under this Agreement. 2. CCCFPD will provide the following fire prevention services (collectively, the “Fire Prevention Services”) to ECCFPD: a. Project review and plan review; b. New construction inspections, fire and life safety systems acceptance tests, state mandated occupancy inspections, and annual occupancy inspections where California Fire Code (defined to mean the then current California fire code as adopted by ECCFPD) operational permits are required; c. Inspect assembly, educational, multi-family residential occupancies, and other occupancies where operational permits are required for compliance with the California Fire Code and State Fire Marshal regulations; d. Entry of data into the CCCFPD Fire Prevention Bureau’s record management system (Codepal) and insure correction of any noted deficiencies; e. Review building plans for conformance with state and locally adopted codes, standards, and ordinances. CCCFPD will provide written correction comments, plan approvals and meet with designers, contractors and developers as needed; f. Conduct new construction inspections for compliance with approved plans. Inspections will include, but are not limited to, new construction, tenant improvements, automatic fire sprinkler systems, fire mains, fire hydrant installations, fire alarm systems, pre-engineered extinguishing systems and fire pumps. CCCFPD will prepare correction notices and sign off on job cards; and g. Review and coordinate application of a permit fee program created by ECCFPD and update and add fees where applicable.
Fire Prevention Services. No later than April 1 of each year, CCCFPD shall submit invoices to ECCFPD identifying the following for the preceding 12 month period: (1) the Fire Prevention Services performed; (2) the fees collected for such Fire Prevention Services; (3) the cost of providing the Fire Prevention Services; and (4) whether ECCFPD owes CCCFPD any shortfall amount for CCCFPD’s costs of providing Fire Prevention Services, all pursuant to the payment provisions set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Fire Prevention Services a. CCCFPD will charge ECCFPD at the rate of $185.00 dollars an hour for Fire Prevention Services, provided however, that $215.00 dollars an hour will be charged for CCCFPD engineering services; i.e., new construction inspections, project and plan review, life safety testing, etc. The foregoing rates for Fire Prevention Services include the fully encumbered hourly rate of each inspector’s travel time and mileage expense, and administrative and clerical support. b. Payments from the public for all plan reviews, meetings, inspections, and other related fire prevention work will be directly collected by CCCFPD. These revenues will be credited against CCCFPD’s costs of providing Fire Prevention Services to ECCFPD under this Agreement and are subject to the provisions of subsection (c) below. c. If the amount of the fees collected by CCCFPD for Fire Prevention Services is less than its cost of providing a fire inspector to perform the Fire Prevention
Fire Prevention Services. 1. BSO will provide fire prevention services (“Fire Prevention Services”), to include but not be limited to fire plan review, new construction and fire plan inspections, annual fire inspection, fire and arson investigation and enforcement of all applicable statutes and codes. BSO will provide Fire Prevention Services to the CITY on a forty hour (40) per week full-time basis and for Inspector call-out during the term of the Agreement. 2. BSO shall provide all vehicles, equipment and personnel to perform Fire Prevention Services, and shall provide personnel for full time use of the City for Fire Prevention Services in the manner set forth in Exhibit “A”. The cost of the services, vehicles, personnel will be included in the consideration. 3. BSO shall perform all annual inspections of multi-family residential and commercial properties required to be inspected in accordance with the Florida Fire Prevention Code and the Broward County Local Fire Code amendment. BSO shall achieve an annual inspection rate of 100% for all structures required to be inspected pursuant to Chapter 633, Fla. Stat. The CITY shall be responsible for the billing and collection of such services. 4. When performing fire inspections for residential and commercial properties within the City with swimming pools owned and/or operated by community associations or commercial entities, BSO shall inspect all such swimming pools and adjacent areas for compliance with the contact information signage requirements set forth in Section 126.14(E) of the City Code.
Fire Prevention Services. Englewood reserves and will remain responsible for fire prevention services within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City of Englewood, including without limitation the enforcement of Englewood’s Building and Fire Codes, periodic fire safety inspections, and issuance of building permits and certificates of occupancy. Recognizing the importance of Denver Fire being acquainted with structures in Englewood as well as fire prevention measures that would protect the lives of Denver firefighters, Englewood, through its Fire Marshal, agrees to cooperate and coordinate with Denver Fire with respect to fire prevention activities, and Denver Fire will be notified and afforded the opportunity to participate in fire prevention activities, as described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Fire Prevention Services. COUNTY shall provide fire prevention services within the corporate limits of CITY. These activities include fire safety inspections, plans review, fire code enforcement, and other associated fire prevention services. COUNTY has sole authority as the authority having jurisdiction regarding state laws, the Florida Fire Prevention Code, and fire safety-related local ordinances. CITY shall collect and remit fees to COUNTY on a monthly basis, for fire prevention services on behalf of COUNTY at rates established by COUNTY.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man-made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster declared by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services: i. Community evacuation; ii. Health and medical assistance; iii. Assessment of health and medical needs; iv. Health surveillance; v. Medical care personnel; vi. Health and medical equipment and supplies; vii. Patient evacuation; viii. In-hospital care and hospital facility status; ix. Food, drug and medical device safety; x. Worker health and safety; xi. Mental health and substance abuse; xii. Public health information; xiii. Vector control and veterinary services; and xiv. Victim identification and mortuary services.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Construction Services 3.1.1 Basic Construction Services. 3.1.2 Meetings and Schedule Updates.

  • Observation Services This plan covers services provided to you when you are in a hospital or other licensed health care facility solely for observation. Even though you may use a bed or stay overnight, observation services are not inpatient services. Observation services help the physician decide if you need to be admitted for care as an inpatient or if you can be discharged. These observation services may be provided in the emergency room or another area of the hospital or licensed healthcare facility. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount you pay.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.
