FIRRMA Documents definition

FIRRMA Documents means any notice, correspondence, document, agreement, declaration, or other communication relating to or arising in connection with FIRRMA; provided, however, that if the communication is oral, “FIRRMA Document” shall mean a written summary thereof prepared by Bxxxxxxx.

  • Equity Documents means collectively the documents evidencing subscription to Equity to the extent of equity component of cost of the Project.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals.
