Foreign Guarantees definition

Foreign Guarantees means those guaranty agreements given to Lender by Glasshouse (UK) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J.

  • In addition to the guarantee contained herein, each Guarantor that is a Foreign Subsidiary, as well as Holdings, shall execute a Guarantee governed by the applicable law of such Person’s jurisdiction of organization (each such Guarantee, a “Foreign Guarantee”) and to the extent that the provisions of this Article VII shall duplicate or conflict with the provisions thereof, the terms of the Foreign Guarantees shall govern the obligations of such Guarantors.

More Definitions of Foreign Guarantees

Foreign Guarantees means the U.K. Guaranty and any other Guaranty required from an Additional Foreign Subsidiary.
Foreign Guarantees means the guarantees of such of the Company's Subsidiaries as own, hold or otherwise have an interest in the Foreign Collateral (from time to time), guaranteeing the proper and complete performance of the Obligations. Related to Foreign Guarantees

  • Foreign Guaranty means a Corporate Guaranty provided by an Affiliate of a Participant that is domiciled in a foreign country, and meets all of the provisions of Tariff, Attachment Q. “Form 715 Planning Criteria” shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement.

  • Canadian Guarantee means the Canadian Guarantee Agreement, made by each of the Canadian Guarantors in favor of the Canadian Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders to the Canadian Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Subsidiary Guarantees means the guarantees of each Subsidiary Guarantor as provided in Article Thirteen.

  • Parent Guarantee means the guarantee by Parent Guarantor of the obligations of the Issuer under this Indenture and the Securities in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Other Common Securities Guarantees shall have the same meaning as "Other Guarantees" in the Common Securities Guarantee.
