Form 2A means the Statutory Statement of Income (General Business) set out in Schedule I of the Insurance Accounts Regulations 1980;

Form 2A. HRC LBE Subcontractor Participation Form is no longer in use. The information previously required under that form shall be included by the bidder as part of DOCUMENT 00435 of the bid specifications.
