Former Plans means the Starbucks Corporation Company-Wide 1991 Stock Option Plan, as amended, the Starbucks Corporation Amended and Restated Key Employee Stock Option Plan-1994, as amended, and the Starbucks Corporation Amended and Restated 1989 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors.
Former Plans means collectively the 1996 Labor Ready Employee Stock Option and Incentive Plan and the Labor Ready, Inc. 2000 Stock Option Plan.
Former Plans means the Microbiological Associates, Inc. 1988 Incentive Stock Option Plan, the Microbiological Associates, Inc. 1995 Non-Qualified Stock Option Plan, and the Magenta Corporation 1994 Incentive Stock Option Plan.
