Framework Agreement Period definition

Framework Agreement Period the period of 48 months from signature of the Framework Agreement or earlier expiry or termination of the Framework Agreement;
Framework Agreement Period means the framework agreement period specified in the Particulars;

  • The Price shall apply for the Initial Framework Agreement Period.


More Definitions of Framework Agreement Period

Framework Agreement Period means the period during which the Framework Agreement shall subsist being such period as is detailed in the Invitation to Tender issued by the Authority subject to any extension pursuant to Clause 2.3 or earlier termination pursuant to Clause 12;

  • Agreement Period means the period between the Agreement Date and the Expiry Date, unless terminated earlier on the Termination Date;

  • (1) AGREEMENT.—The term Agreement’ means the United States-Australia Free Trade Agreement ap- proved by Congress under section 101(a)(1).
