FTE Expenses definition

FTE Expenses means the cost of the work performed by Sutro personnel, applying the FTE Rate.

Examples of FTE Expenses in a sentence

  • Commercial Expenses, including FTE Expenses incurred by the Parties in performing obligations and conducting activities under this Agreement shall be treated in accordance with Section 8.4 and Exhibit J of the Collaboration Agreement.

  • As a part of the U.S. Commercialization Plan, the US JSC shall agree in writing upon: (i) the FTE Expenses to be shared as Commercial Expenses, including the allocation of FTEs between the Parties; (ii) the positions for which the FTE Expense shall be a shared Commercial Expense; and (iii) the FTE rate for each such position.

More Definitions of FTE Expenses

FTE Expenses means the number of the Other Party's FTEs assigned to the Development Program for such terminated product under the Development Plan and Budget in effect at the date of the notice of termination, multiplied by the FTE rate per month then in effect under the Development Plan and Budget. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if within [*] of a termination of a Collaboration Product under this Agreement prior to the Development Committee's decision to undertake the first Phase III clinical trial with respect to such Collaboration Product, this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 19.2.1 or 19.3.1, the termination of such Collaboration Product shall be deemed to have occurred after the Development Committee's decision to undertake a Phase III for such Collaboration Product. Accordingly, in such case, JT shall pay to CG the amount that would have been due under Section 19.4.2(b)(ii) for such Collaboration Product within forty-five (45) days after JT's notice of termination under Section 19.3.1, provided that amounts paid to CG with respect to such Collaboration Product pursuant to this Section 19.4.2(b)(i) shall be credited against the amounts so payable under Section 19.4.2(b)(ii).

  • O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Developer or by the Authority, as the case may be, for all O&M including (a) cost of salaries and other compensation to employees, (b) cost of materials, supplies, utilities and other services, (c) insurance premium, (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable for O&M, (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs, (f) payments required to be made under the O&M Contract, or any other contract in connection with or incidental to O&M, and (g) all other expenditure required to be incurred under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or this Agreement.

  • Indemnification Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(a).

No part of Lessee’s central office overhead or general or administrative expense (as opposed to that of the Hotel), and no operating expenses paid or payable by tenants under Space Leases, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses, as herein provided. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of Lessee incurred for the account of or in connection with the Hotel operations, including but not limited to postage, telephone charges and reasonable travel expenses of employees, officers and other representatives and consultants of Lessee and its Affiliates, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses and such Persons shall be afforded reasonable accommodations, food, beverages, laundry, valet and other such services by and at the Hotel without charge to such Persons or Lessee.

  • Legal Expenses means the fees, costs and expenses of any kind incurred by any Person indemnified herein and its counsel in investigating, preparing for, defending against or providing evidence, producing documents or taking other action with respect to any threatened or asserted Claim.
