General Chairperson definition

General Chairperson. The General Chairperson represents the members under his/her jurisdiction in matters pertaining to organizing, collective bargaining, wage, hours, conditions of employment and jurisdictional matters and supervises the conduct and activities of members in connection with the provisions of this MOA and any documents governing the Union.
General Chairperson means the Chairperson of the regularly constituted General Committee of Adjustment of the SMART-TD signatory hereto.
