Golf Kit definition

Golf Kit means the various items that are used to play the sport of golf. The equipments would include the golf ball, clubs, golf bag, club head covers, or any other tool that aids in the process of playing a stroke or in some way enrich the playing experience. “Insured/Insured person (s)/You/Your/ Yourself” means the person named in the Policy as the Policy holder and/or his family.

Basis of Sum Insured and IndemnityThe indemnity in respect of the Golf Kit, and covered under this section shall be to the extent ofthe ‘Market Value’ of the property so lost/Damaged sustained DepreciationClaim payable will be reduced by depreciation calculated at 20% per annum from the date of manufacture, subject to maximum depreciation of 80% of the replacement cost.

Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions).   • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Car Park means all bays, building, equipment, surrounding fixtures, fencing and all property;
