Goods Schedule definition

Goods Schedule means a schedule substantially in the form of Annex “A” or Annex “B” to this Agreement, completed and signed by the Lessee and the Lessor.
Goods Schedule means in respect of a hire purchase agreement, the Goods Schedule which is part of that hire purchase agreement.
Goods Schedule means the schedule entitled Goods Schedule - Tax Invoice which forms part of this Finance Lease. Guarantor means any guarantor named as such in the Goods Schedule.

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.

  • Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
