Governance and Accountability Action Plan definition

Governance and Accountability Action Plan means the plan dated May 26, 2009 adopted by the Borrower and by each of the Participating States that sets forth the key actions to be undertaken to strengthen governance, transparency, and accountability under the Project, as such plan may be revised from time to time with the prior approval of the World Bank.
Governance and Accountability Action Plan means the Recipient’s Governance and Accountability Action Plan dated April 2010, and approved by the Association, setting out, inter alia, policies and procedures for addressing and mitigating fiduciary risks under the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Governance and Accountability Action Plan means the Governance and Accountability Action Plan set forth as Chapter 15 of the Project Implementation Plan (as defined hereinafter), which identifies key governance issues and sets forth mitigation measures to address said issues in respect of the carrying out of Project activities, as said Plan may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association.

More Definitions of Governance and Accountability Action Plan

Governance and Accountability Action Plan or “GAAP” means the Governance and Accountability Action Plan set forth as volume VI of the Project Implementation Plan (as defined hereinafter), which identifies key governance issues and sets forth mitigation measures to address said issues in respect of the carrying out of Project activities, as said Plan may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Bank.
Governance and Accountability Action Plan and “GAAP” mean the plan adopted by the Recipient, dated April 5, 2010, for improving governance and accountability under the Project.
Governance and Accountability Action Plan means the action plan dated February 18, 2010 prepared by the Recipient to enhance governance and accountability under the Project.
Governance and Accountability Action Plan means the plan dated April 19, 2011 reviewed and agreed upon by the parties to this Agreement.
Governance and Accountability Action Plan and the acronym “GAAP” mean the Governance and Accountability Action Plan, dated February 22, 2011, satisfactory to the Association, setting out, inter alia, policies and procedures for addressing and mitigating fiduciary risks and other programmatic risks under the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association.
Governance and Accountability Action Plan means the Recipient’s plan dated September 18, 2011 for: (i) enhancing communication through sharing Project-related information; (ii) organizing public hearings, focus groups, and learning fora to solicit feedback on Project implementation; (iii) establishing a complaint mechanism to receive and address grievances about Project implementation; and (iv) undertaking third party monitoring, agreed with the Association.
Governance and Accountability Action Plan means the action plan dated May 19, 2009, adopted by the Recipient and found acceptable by the Association.
