Government Requirement definition

Government Requirement means a law, or a direction or requirement, whether it has the force of law or not, imposed by any government, central bank or governmental, semi governmental, administrative, public, regulatory or judicial entity, body, department, commission, agency or authority;
Government Requirement means a law, or a direction or requirement, whether it has the force of law or not, imposed by the Reserve Bank of Australia, a Government or a Government authority in Australia or a similar body in a foreign country;
Government Requirement means any applicable law or regulation, legal, governmental or regulatory authority or agreement entered into by the Bank and any governmental authority or between two or more governmental authorities; such law, regulation or authority may be domestic or foreign.
