GP Stock definition

GP Stock has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement.
GP Stock means 100% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of NPI Realty Management Corp., a Florida corporation and the co-general partner with Fox Realty Investors, a California general partnership, in the General Partner.
GP Stock means the issued and outstanding common stock, par value $0.001, of the General Partner.
