GPL Software definition

GPL Software means third party software provided by Darktrace on the Hardware to support use of the Software that is licensed directly to Customer and the relevant Customer Affiliates by the relevant rights holder on the terms of the version included or provided with it of the GNU General Public Licence, GNU Lesser General Public Licence or other comparable licence.

GPL Software consists of the computer programs, databases and/or works of authorship distributed by Caldera under the terms of a GNU General Public License. The GNU General Public License governs the GPL Software and the copying, distribution and modification of the GPL Software. Consistent with the requirements of the applicable GPL Software license, DDN will provide a complete machine-readable copy of the source code for GPL Software for a charge of no more than DDN’s cost of physically performing such distribution, provided that such copy is requested within three (3) years following Licensee’s receipt of the corresponding GPL Software from DDN. This offer is valid to anyone in receipt of this information.

Related to GPL Software

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
