Grantor Documents means this Agreement, the Implementation Agreement, the GPD Loan Agreement, the Construction Warranty, the Head Lease, the Leases, the Shareholders Equity Undertaking, the Grantor Working Capital Reserve Agreement, the Custody Agreement, the O&M Warranty, the Intercreditor Agreement and the Subordinated Debt Agreement;
Grantor Documents means this Agreement, the Implementation Agreement, the GPD Loan Agreement, the Construction Warranty, the Head Lease, the Leases, the Shareholders Equity Undertaking, the Grantor Working Capital Reserve Agreement, the Custody Agreement, the O&M Warranty, the Initial Phase 1A Intercreditor Agreement, the Subordinated Debt Agreement, the NROCC Direct Agreement, the NROCC Funding Agreement, the Grantor Put Option Agreement and the Loan Conversion Agreement;
Grantor Documents means, as to each Grantor, this Agreement and each other Loan Document to which such Grantor is or at any time hereafter becomes a party.
Examples of Grantor Documents in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, the refinancing of the Developer Senior Phase 1A Initial Debt shall not be construed as a discharge of the Developer Senior Phase 1A Debt and shall not release in any way the Grantor from its obligations under the Grantor Documents.
