Grantor Documents definition

Grantor Documents means, as to each Grantor, this Agreement and each other Loan Document to which such Grantor is or at any time hereafter becomes a party.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the refinancing of the Developer Senior Phase 1A Initial Debt shall not be construed as a discharge of the Developer Senior Phase 1A Debt and shall not release in any way the Grantor from its obligations under the Grantor Documents.
