Greenhouse Documents definition

Greenhouse Documents collectively, the Greenhouse Loan Agreement, the Greenhouse Note, the Greenhouse Bill xx Sale, the Greenhouse Mortgage, the Greenhouse Nondisturbance Agreement, the Greenhouse Master Lease, the Greenhouse Pledge Agreements, the Greenhouse Stock Assignment, the Greenhouse Construction Contract, the Greenhouse Sublease and the Greenhouse Deed.
Greenhouse Documents means (a) all agreements now or hereafter in effect with any contractor, architect, or engineer in connection with the Greenhouse, including, without limitation, any design architect, landscape architect, civil engineer, electrical engineer, environmental engineer, soils engineer, or mechanical engineer; (b) all other agreements now or hereafter in effect with any property manager or broker with respect to the management or operation of the Greenhouse; (c) all as-built plans and specifications and surveys for the Greenhouse; (d) all Permits; and (e) all renewals, substitutions, extensions, modifications, or replacements of any of the foregoing.

  • Upon giving such notice Lender may elect to assume all of the obligations of Borrower thereafter accruing under any or all of the Greenhouse Documents; provided that in no event shall Lender be responsible for any default by Borrower or any other party occurring prior to any election by Lender to assume such obligations.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Financing Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement and all notes, guarantees, security agreements and other agreements, documents and instruments now or at any time hereafter executed and/or delivered by Borrower or any Obligor in connection with this Agreement, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Purchased Asset Documents means, with respect to a Purchased Asset, the documents comprising the Purchased Asset File for such Purchased Asset.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Seller Ancillary Documents means any certificate, agreement, document or other instrument, other than this Agreement, to be executed and delivered by the Seller or any Affiliate of the Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, but not limited to the Transaction Documents.

  • Seller Agreements means those agreements between Seller and third parties, including Artists and/or PRO, wherein Seller is entitled to receive the Percentage Interest of all Assets.

  • Ancillary Documents means each agreement, instrument or document attached hereto as an Exhibit, and the other agreements, certificates and instruments to be executed or delivered by any of the Parties hereto in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents, and all other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the Related Transactions.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

  • Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, certificates and other instruments delivered or given pursuant to this Agreement.
