Guaranty Period definition

Guaranty Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the End Date.
Guaranty Period means the warranty period, and refers to the period for which Seller guaranties to Buyer, or the Customer, and their successors and assigns, that the Contract Work will conform the Contract, be free from defects in material, workmanship and design, conform to the specifications for the period defined in the Prime Contract after Delivery of the Vessel to the Customer, plus any additional time as required by the Prime Contract and as defined in the Special Terms and Conditions for the applicable program in the “Guaranty Period” Clause. For Contract Work delivered in support of new vessel construction for commercial (non-U.S. Government) Customers, the Guaranty Period is 12 months from the date of the Vessel is delivered to the Customer.
Guaranty Period means the period for which Seller guaranties to Buyer, the Government or Owner, and their successors and assigns, that the Contract Work will conform to this Contract and will be free from defects in material, workmanship and design and will conform to the Specifications for a period defined in the Prime Contract after Delivery of the Vessel to the Government or Owner, plus any additional time as required by the Prime Contract and as defined in the Military Shipbuilding Programs, Contract, Special Terms and Conditions for the applicable military program in the “Guaranty Period” Section.

More Definitions of Guaranty Period

Guaranty Period means the warranty period, and refers to the period for which Seller guaranties to Buyer, or the Customer, and their successors and assigns, that the Contract Work will conform to the Contract, including without limitation the specifications, and be free from defects in material, workmanship and design. Except as otherwise set forth in an applicable Purchase Order or in the Special Terms and Conditions for the applicable program, the Guaranty Period shall begin after Delivery and continue for: (i) 90 days, for Contract Work delivered in support of Vessel repair for a Government Customer; (ii) 12 months, for Contract Work delivered in support of new Vessel construction for a Government Customer; and (iii) 12 months, for Contract Work delivered in support of new Vessel construction for a commercial (non-Government) Customer.
Guaranty Period means, as the case may be, the Initial Guaranty Period or any Subsequent Guaranty Period.
Guaranty Period means the period commencing on the Delivery Date and --------------- ending on the date which falls twelve (12) months after the Delivery Date. The following items will be covered for twenty four (24) months, hull structure, the heating and ventilation equipment, raw water system, black water system and main wiring.
