Health Care Waste Management Plan definition

Health Care Waste Management Plan means the Recipient’s plan for Health Care Waste Management, satisfactory to the Association, dated February 28, 2003, which, inter alia: (i) enables the Recipient to assess the Project’s environmental and social impacts; and (ii) where applicable, governs the preparation of environmental management plans and other appropriate mechanisms, satisfactory to the Association, required to prevent, mitigate and monitor any adverse impacts from carrying out the Project.
Health Care Waste Management Plan means the plan dated November 13, 2009 adopted by MOH and referred to in paragraph 1 of Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement setting forth guidelines and procedures for handling medical waste in hospitals and health care facilities which are part of the Project.
Health Care Waste Management Plan means the plan dated January 2005, adopted by the Recipient’s Ministry of Health through Decision No. 431/QD-BYT dated February 23, 2005, satisfactory to the Bank, which sets out the environmental mitigation measures in respect of the treatment of the health care waste generated at the rehabilitation centers and community-based clinics at the pilot sites under Part A and B of the Project.

More Definitions of Health Care Waste Management Plan

Health Care Waste Management Plan and “HCWMP” each means the Recipient’s health care waste management plan for the Project disclosed at the Association’s website on September 4, 2020 and in the Recipient’s territory in December 2019 and setting out the measures to be taken for the development and implementation of medical waste management and safe handling of said waste, and any subsequent plans to be adopted succeeding such plan during the implementation of the Project.
Health Care Waste Management Plan means the Borrower’s health care waste management plan to be complied with in the carrying out of the Project;
Health Care Waste Management Plan or “HCWMP” means the plan developed by the Borrower for the management of health care waste at the facility level, including segregation, storage and final disposal;

  • Advance health care directive means a power of attorney for health care or a record signed or authorized by a prospective donor containing the prospective donor’s direction concerning a health care decision for the prospective donor.
