Examples of High Yield Notes Trustee in a sentence

  • In connection with the foregoing, the Security Agent shall make such changes to the terms hereof relating to the rights and duties of such High Yield Notes Trustee and any other Party as are required by such High Yield Notes Trustee without the Consent of any other Party provided that such changes would not have a material adverse effect on the other Parties.
