Holdings Collateral has the meaning assigned to such term in the Collateral Agreement.

Holdings Collateral means all of Holdings’ real, personal and mixed property (including Capital Stock) in which Liens are purported to be granted pursuant to the Collateral Documents as security for the Obligations.

Holdings Collateral means (a) all right, title and interest of Holdings in, to and under the "Holdings Pledged Collateral" as such term is defined in the Holdings Pledge Agreement, (b) all right, title and interest of MGE in, to and under the "MGE Collateral" as such term is defined in the MGE Pledge Agreement and (c) all right, title and interest of EMOC in, to and under the "EMOC Collateral" as such term is defined in the EMOC Pledge Agreement.

Holdings Collateral means all assets of the Loan Parties and MGE, now owned or hereinafter acquired, upon which a Lien is purported to be created by any Security Document.

Holdings Collateral means (a) all of the Capital Stock issued by the Borrower, including as applicable, all membership or member’s interests issued by the Borrower, (b) the certificates, if any, representing the foregoing and any interest of Holdings, including all interests documented in the entries on the books of the Borrower with respect to any of the foregoing, (c) any security entitlements arising from any of the Holdings Collateral, (d) all payments of principal or interest, dividends, cash, instruments and other property from time to time received, receivable or otherwise distributed in respect of, in exchange for or upon the conversion of, and all other Proceeds received in respect of, any of the foregoing items (a), (b) and (c), and (e) all rights and privileges of Holdings with respect to the securities and other property with respect to any of the foregoing items (a) – (d); provided that the “Holdings Collateral” shall not include any Excluded Property.

Holdings Collateral means all shares of capital stock or other equity securities or rights to acquire equity securities of the Company now or hereafter held by Holdings (whether currently issued and outstanding or to be issued and outstanding subsequent to the date of this Agreement) and all new, substituted and/or additional securities, documents, instruments and general intangibles issued with respect thereto or in exchange therefor or in redemption thereof (collectively, the "Pledged Securities"), and the certificates representing such Pledged Securities, if any, and all now existing and hereafter arising rights of the holder of such Pledged Securities, including, without limitation, (a) all voting rights and rights to and interest in all cash and non-cash dividends and/or distribution of any kind and nature, (b) all other property now or hereafter distributable on account of received or receivable with respect to any of the foregoing, (c) all of Holdings' rights under any option, warrant or other security instrument or agreement to acquire shares of additional capital stock in the Company and (d) all proceeds of the foregoing and includes whatever is receivable or received when the Holdings Collateral or proceeds are sold, collected, exchanged or otherwise disposed of, whether such disposition is voluntary or involuntary.

Holdings Collateral shall have the meaning assigned in Section 2.1.

Holdings Collateral means (a) all rights, title, interest, ownership and benefit of the Issuer in all of its assets including the Operating Company Loans; (b) the Equity Interests owned by GPH in each Operating Company (other than in AES Changuinola); (c) the Collateral Accounts (other than the Changuinola Dividend Collection Account) and (d) any other Property of the Onshore Trust with respect to which a Lien is purported to be granted as security for the Secured Obligations, excluding, in each case, any Changuinola Collateral.

Holdings Collateral means, all Distributions constituting part of the Holdings Membership Interest.
