Hotel Use definition

Hotel Use means space within a structure or portion thereof intended or primarily suitable for the operation of a hotel, including all office and other uses accessory to the renting of guest rooms, but excluding retail uses and office uses not accessory to the hotel use.

More Definitions of Hotel Use

Hotel Use means those activities and services customarily associated with a limited-service hotel which may include, without limitation, meeting and breakfast/luncheon/dining rooms, bistro/cafe, Restaurant (which may include a bar counter), lounge and associated support facilities, fitness/exercise room and equipment for hotel guests only, business convenience center, retail sundry shop, Incidental Food Service, swimming pool/sun deck, jacuzzi, and valet or attendant parking services. Hotel Use shall not pertain to the Leasable Space provided such Leasable Space is leased to and operated by a third party separate and independent of the operator of the Hotel.
Hotel Use means the construction, renovation and/or operation of a hotel or motel providing lodging for periods not to exceed one month, in a building having a minimum of 25 rooms. "Temporary Lodging" means the operation of a hotel, motel or other residential guest facility, provided however that the following shall not be deemed Temporary Lodging: (a) homes, condominiums, apartments or similar dwellings primarily designed to be occupied for periods of more than one month; or (b) hospitals or in-patient treatment facilities, including accommodations provided for families of patients, on an incidental basis, by such facilities.
Hotel Use means Use Item Number 15, as defined in Table A, Section 8-7.
Hotel Use shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit G.

Related to Hotel Use

  • Residential use means the use of a building or structure or portion thereof for one or more dwelling units. This also includes a dwelling unit on land that is used for an agricultural use;

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Seller's facilities to furnish the requirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. This gas shall be considered Included In Priority of Service Category 1. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.
